Mừng quá, lụi cụi tạo account, làm đủ step…vì có biết Trip advisor là gì, đến khi nghe bạn bè nhắc, và khách hàng hỏi thăm sao không có account trên TA. Thì đó, nàng Gánh mới đăng ký hôm tháng 7, mần mò xem lại lúc cuối tháng 8 và chưa kịp nhờ bạn bè, khách hàng review gì hết…
Tối qua, tiếp 2 vị khách đến gần 10g- 1 anh người Việt và 1 Bác người Úc, đến khi chào về mới nói được vài câu, chưa thấy người nào dùng chữ SENSATIONAL cho món ăn và dịch vụ của nhà hàng, mình xúc động, Bác ấy hứa sẽ review ngay trong tối qua, hôm nay thấy TA báo có nhận xét mới của khách, chao ôi
Kết quả của 4 món: rau luộc kho quẹt, ba rọi muối xả, chả giò xoài hải sản và cá lóc rút xương chiên giòn hấp nước dừa là đây! Cảm ơn vị khách Úc, đặc biệt cảm ơn anh Thịnh- vị khách Việt đã tin tưởng mời khách đến ăn tối tại Nàng Gánh!

I had the great pleasure to be taken here by a colleague. It is Friday night and we have had a long day! We alight from the taxi to a delightful cobbled stone portico and enter through elegant French doors a beautifully restored early 19th century Colonial farm house … the magic has only begun! Leaving aside the 40 foot vaulted and hand-sawn exposed beam ceiling (which is a huge “mind space” for dining), … the stunning exposed brickwork, lighting and art just captivates. Having taken in the scene, the menu beckons. This is a restaurant where thought can be seen in every detail and the menu does not disappoint. We have a range of chic VN dishes, backed fried stuffed fish, nouvelle-style roasted and seasoned pork, and deep fried battons of the lightest consistency and great freshness. The elegance of the service matches the decor; and the radiance of their smiles competes with the wrought iron chandeliers in brilliance. To top it all off ..the founder and her expert team who have created this UNIQUE EXPERIENCE [because that is exactlly what this ] are also social entrepeneurs who have used FaceBook to bring their vision to reality (and to our tables). I commend my dear friend for taking me to Gang Hang Rong … and I commend Gang Hong Rong for their class ‘n’ cuisine. I know I’ll be back, and that GHR is one of those “effortless successes” hiding hard work and deep skill! Before you leave HCMC, if you are visiting, you must do GHR.
